Low-Carb Recipe:Meat Pancake
Ingredients:
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 cups cauliflower
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- In a skillet, cook the chicken in coconut oil until golden brown.
- Add the onion, garlic, broccoli, and cauliflower. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Place the chicken and vegetables in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
